In the event that the web site does not order any products within a period to exceed 365 days, the web site is to be considered "not in good standing" or dormant. A "dormant" web site may not be used in web site total calculations for gift considerations. A "dormant" web site may be used for the monthly prize consideration since this is based on "new" web sites, and all new web sites are also to be considered "dormant" until their first order.
